Playbook

Strategy that transfers.

The Portfolio shows what happened. The Playbook is being built to show what to do — realistic scenarios, structured responses, and the lessons that survive contact with a second organisation.

Strategy library · currently being shaped

A practical library, not a lecture

This section is being built as a working strategy library: realistic scenarios drawn from transformation, governance, and emerging-technology challenges — fictionalised where confidentiality demands it, honest everywhere else. Each entry ends in something you can reuse.

  • Scenario → response → outcome — every entry follows the same structure, so patterns become comparable
  • Decision frameworks — the checklists and criteria behind each response, extracted for reuse
  • Lessons that generalise — what held up in a regulated environment, and what only looked like it would
format: scenario brief → constraints → structured response → what actually decided it

First entries, in preparation

Transformation · in preparation

The migration that had to be reversible

Designing a core-system cutover where the exit plan is written before the entry plan — and why that order changes vendor behaviour.

AI governance · in preparation

Saying yes to AI a regulator can live with

A realistic path from “the business wants a copilot” to an approved, tiered, documented use case — without a twelve-month freeze.

Operating model · in preparation

When the change board becomes the bottleneck

Rebuilding a CAB from a weekly meeting into a decision system — thresholds, standard changes, and what to stop reviewing entirely.

The evidence is already public.
